The Mission of CHI Reference and Research Services

Using the resources of the CHI collections, the Reference and Research Department, as part of the Department of Archives and History of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, strives to provide patrons, congregations, districts, and the Synod-at-large, as well as other interested parties with expert knowledge in the history of Lutheranism in America.
